How Do I Upgrade to a Team Plan?

🔹 What is the Team Plan?

The Team Plan unlocks additional features in Tasktag designed for growing teams and advanced project needs. These include:

• The ability to create unlimited projects
• Access to exclusive features
• Priority support
• And more coming soon!

🔹 How do I upgrade?

Currently, upgrading to a paid plan must be done through the Tasktag web app.

To upgrade:

1. Go to app.tasktag.com on your desktop or mobile browser.
2. Log in using the same email you use on the mobile app.
3. Navigate to My Profile section by clicking on your avatar on the bottom left.
4. Create a Team or Upgrade Your Expired Team.

💡 Note: We do not process payments through the App Store or Google Play at this time.

🔹 Why can't I upgrade directly from the mobile app?

At this time, Tasktag handles subscription upgrades via our secure web platform only. This allows us to provide flexible billing options and a unified experience across all platforms.

We're actively exploring ways to improve the mobile upgrade experience in the future.

🔹 What happens after I upgrade?

Once you complete the upgrade on the web:

• Your account will automatically reflect the new plan in both the web and mobile apps.
• Any limits (like project caps) will be lifted immediately.
• Team members connected to your workspace will benefit from the upgrade too.
